Sensify is a technology company dedicated to developing solutions automated systems based on software creation. Its main function in the market is to provide security and data storage solutions for companies and organizations that need a secure and efficient solution for managing your information. In current times, We know that technology has greatly contributed to the retention of information. According to Alter (1998), “an Information System (IS) is a system that uses Information Technology to capture, transmit, store, retrieve, manipulate or expose information used in one or more business processes”. For Campbell (1997), “the The purpose of an IS is the collection and interpretation of data for the decision maker”, whether by greater number of information available, either through the possibility of organization and structuring this information. With the growing need for evolution in all aspects, technology has been increasingly used as a solution to simple or complex problems. Accordingly with Koontz, O’Donnell and Weihrich (1986), a system is a set or combination of things that are linked or interdependent, and that interact to form a unity complex; a whole composed of parts organized in a way, according to a scheme or flat.Furthermore, for Cautela and Polloni (1986), a system is a set of interdependent elements in interaction, with a view to achieving an objective. Therefore, our aim is to offer technology solutions that help manage data securely, forming a set of systems that interact in a mutual and simple way for complex problems.
