According to Stair and Reynolds (2010), information systems are essential for optimize management and decision-making in companies, as they integrate important data and allow greater control over operational and administrative processes. The system will allow complete recording of vehicle data, including make, model, year, category and rental conditions. Furthermore, tenant data will be recorded securely, covering information such as name, identification document, contact and history of leases. The project will also include the creation of different types of contracts, adapting to customer needs, whether for short or long-term rentals. Through a friendly interface, users can enter and consult information about rental time, applicable rates and specific conditions of each contract, facilitating decision-making and operations management. This system does not will only improve the customer experience, but will also allow the rental company to operate in a more organized and efficient, contributing to its sustainable growth in the market
