    Passivo Trabalhistas nas Empresas: Orion Tecnologias

    The objective of this work is the creation of a company to study and reflect about possible labor liabilities that the same could suffer after admission of collaborators. The company will serve as a basis for observation of two main objects of study: fundamentals of law and business structuring and management of labor liabilities. For This gives rise to Orion Tecnologias, an enterprise aimed at local businesses. In short, at first the project reports the process of creating a business to later meditate on possibilities of possible actions workers within the organization.
