    In this integrated project, we will approach the subject “update of values by the IGPM”, explaining a little about fundamentals of accounting, balance sheet, DRE, financial fundamentals, HP12C calculator, among other topics of study. For the research object, data from the Boticário Group, a large Brazilian company in the cosmetics segment, was used. In the course of the work, in addition to evaluating the company's data, some tips and explanations on how we can transform the knowledge acquired with the elaboration of this work into good practices in our daily lives will also be exposed.

    This integrated project (IP) aims to address the importance of the 4 "Ps" of marketing within companies, which would be briefly to understand the importance of product, price, place and promotion. ❖ Product: It is nothing more than what will be the products offered by the organization; ❖ Price: What will be the value to be sold, always taking into account health company's financial position and also aiming at a competitive price among its competitors; ❖ Place: Where best fit these products offered and best points of sale; ❖ Promotion: Where to publicize and promote your products and brand; For this study, one of the largest companies in the Fast Food segment was chosen through its hamburgers, drinks and desserts, the “Burguer King” that has been growing a lot in recent years with franchises spread across 73 countries, which total more than 12 thousand stores currently, second only to McDonald's Subway in terms of quantity of stores, which today are its main competitors.

    In this integrated project, we will address environmental management systems and their possible social impacts, using the company Natura Cosméticos S/A as a basis for the study. A Brazilian company, which has been a reference when it comes to sustainability, in which since the year 2000 it has been committed to developing inclusive and sustainable alternatives in the Amazon, thus generating a better income for the riverside populations. For example, between 2008 and 2020, a volume of negotiations of 1.5 billion reais was generated in the region.
