    Growing concern for the environment and the need to promote sustainable practices have driven the development of innovative solutions for efficient waste management. In this context, GATE5, a group dedicated to technology and sustainability, presents a project for a smart trash bin with an integrated application. This bin, which combines advanced sensors and connectivity, aims to optimize the waste collection process and promote awareness about proper waste management. The smart bin developed by the group is a technologically advanced solution that uses integrated sensors to monitor the bin's occupancy level in real time.

    The company AGRADEF, with the company name ASSOCIACAO GRUPO RIOPARDENSE FRIENDS OF THE PHYSICALLY DISABLED AGRADEF, operates with CNPJ 04.527.998/0001-38 and has its headquarters located at Avenida José Bertocco, 101 - Vila Santa Tereza, São José do Rio Pardo - SP, 13.720-000. Its main focus of activity is the activities of associations of defense of social rights, in accordance with CNAE code S-9430-8/00.” (ECONODATA, 2017, Company Consultation). The development of accessible technological solutions has become increasingly essential to promote social inclusion and people’s autonomy. In the context of this scenario, this college work presents the development of a desktop application for the Association of Gratitude for the Disabled (AGRADEF). AGRADEF is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) dedicated to supporting people with disabilities, offering assistance services, educational resources and social integration programs. The application was developed with the aim of optimizing the NGO's internal management, facilitating the administration of beneficiary data, program monitoring and communication between members of the organization. To build this prototype, used tools such as Figma, HTML, CSS and JavaScript, each chosen for its specific characteristics and the ability to meet the functional and project performance.In addition to these tools, the project also integrated the use of UML diagrams (Unified Modeling Language) for planning and visualizing the system structure, ensuring a clear understanding of the components and their interactions. The application of UML was crucial for modeling use cases, classes and sequence of operations, which facilitated communication between developers and alignment with project requirements customer. To improve data analysis and visualization, Power BI was used, allowing the creation of interactive dashboards that assist in decision making informed. Power BI made it possible to generate detailed reports on company activities NGOs, such as monitoring program progress and evaluating the impact of services offered to beneficiaries. These insights provide a solid foundation for continuous development and improvement of AGRADEF operations
