    In this project, the objective is to analyze the importance of accounting in organizations and in people's daily lives, as it has been inserted in our environment for many years even if we do not observe it directly. We will talk about the impact that accounting has for success, it will be approached through financial statements of a real company, data that allow managers to make assertive decisions.

In the corporate environment, team communication needs to be effective so that the differences of each person can add up positively and bring a significant result for the company. Organizational dynamics is a process that undergoes continuous changes, since it is not static because it is composed of people who are able to plan, execute, organize and control objectives.
