    The present work aims to present the result of an analysis of the structure organizational work carried out by our group in the company Pack Bag created in 2011 with headquarters in Casa Branca-SP and another in Aguaí-SP, currently has more than 500 employees in both units The company has a market share of almost 20% of Big Bags of seeds being thus a reference in the seeding segment, thus becoming the most respected in the market. Today the company operates on 2 business fronts, one is the industrialization of Big Bags and the other is the manufacture of fabrics that are used in the Big Bag, thus being a company verticalized. The main objective is to design the income statement for the year of organization according to its economic and financial scenario, in addition to its structure of balance sheet, the result of the administrative evaluation will also be presented, including an effective strategic positioning for the company.

    As the main objective our group thought of working using a tool called ESG (Environment, Social and Governance) in order to improve the social and environmental sides of the company, but after a study and questions about the company we discovered that the company is already well advanced. in the environmental facet, but who had some problems in relation to the home office, For Brik (2013), “home office is a term to define remote work, also known as telework.”. The owner of the company reported not having good results with the fact that the home office employees did not have some day-to-day experience, lack of experience in the office, in view of this weak point the group decided to change its course and work on top of this weakness , we decided to improve the company's hybrid work.

    This project aims to use the knowledge acquired during the classes, applying them in a practical way, in the creation of an IoT prototype. The main objective will be the optimization of the internal environments of the Unifeob institution, with the implementation of intelligent vessels, with the ability to monitor and meet the needs of the plant, in a personalized way, being possible through sensors to monitor all its functions and data collected and accessible through an application. According to a study carried out by the University of Queensland, decorated environments with plants increase the productivity of gifts by up to 15%, also raising levels their well-being and contentment. Based on this, the university as a space learning process would benefit from this advantage, ensuring better performance of students and staff, as well as a higher degree of overall satisfaction.

    Continuing the theme of the previous semester, “Management System and Business Intelligence for Social Organizations” where software was developed along with customized reports, use of Business Intelligence and UML, the project This semester is in line with the theme “Cloud Computing”. The objective of the project is to continue developing software for ABACO Organization, where its functionality is to control students in their respective courses, which are made available by the institution with the intention of helping these people to train professionally and be financially independent. The program will be built entirely online using cloud architecture, including database management and other tools. Furthermore, it includes knowledge of cloud computing, data structure and language techniques schedule. In short, the team's central objective is to provide the partner institution with a system of management that promotes operational efficiency and the capacity for strategic analysis, contributing positively to social organizations
