    The Indisciplinary Project presented aims to analyze a real company, to address the relevant factors and to develop a better decision. Through this common consensus concept we can analyze CIA Hering as a company with many years of history in the market and have the curiosity of how such a company was affected or Not by the economic crisis in recent years. We had as pillars this semester five subjects that gave us the essential basis for the development of each fact addressed, through each discipline taught by the teachers it was possible to have veracity of the information found and analyzed. In Controllership was presented by Prof. Marcelo de Castro Cicconi the importance of knowing how to manage and control various sectors taking into consideration the planning, organization and execution; Prof. Antonio Donizete Fortes's analysis of the financial statements explained the importance of the Interpretation of Financial Statements, which aims to extract relevant information for comparison with previous periods within the organization and its competitors, and to better understand its economic and financial situation. In the unit of study Strategic Cost Management Rodrigo Simão da Costa gave us the basis of how to have a good management in the control of the costs generated in the production and through the effective management it is possible that the company gets information that influences the decision making, making the company Spend less and earn more.
