    In this Integrated Project, the company GIZ COLORFUL LTDA, has as main objective to carry out a preventive labor planning, our business proposal is prevent the numerous labor claims filed by employees, and thus being to protect the integrity of the company. Our collaborators were hired from of May 2021. The company is composed of five partners who are willing to manage the risks of possible Labor Liabilities, monitoring and reviewing our admissions and terminations.
