    This interdisciplinary project aims to make a financial and economic analysis of the company Ambev S.A based on its indicators. We chose this company because of the ease of access to the accounting statements available on the São Paulo Stock Exchange website, and the ease of finding financial and economic information in the media as it leads the beverage industry in Brazil. During the Controlling module of the Accounting Sciences course, subjects and concepts essential for the development of this project were addressed, as follows the summaries of each unit of study: The contribution of the unit Controllership in this project took place by applying some content to the information obtained in the company such as performance indicators, the construction of two strategic planning models (Swot Model and Porter's Five Competitive Forces Model) and the construction Balanced Scorecard (BSC).

    In this interdisciplinary project was studied Management of a company, where we developed through five disciplines a study and analysis of a real company. In our disciplineStrategicManagement of Costs, we have learned to classifythe costs and expenses of a company. In Management Accounting, we address one of the most important methods for financial control, the breakeven point, which makes it possible to show the amount of sales to be made to equal costs and expenses to achieve a zero result. In Corporate Finance, we were aware of the Economic Value Added (VEA), which shows how much value a company has added to the market, and allows us to see the resource that a company generated through its operating activities. In Financial Statement Analysis, we performed the Vertical and Horizontal Analysis and also all the calculations of the ratios that allow us to see the situation of the company. Finally, in the Controlling discipline, the Balanced Scorecard was elaborated.

    The choice of the company is due to the ease of obtaining the information made available, both on the Bovespa website and on the RD-Gente's own website. The objective of this project is to highlight the indicators and to come up with viable and reliable analyzes for better decision making. Controllership will provide us with information about the objectives, strengths, weaknesses and ratios required for building the BSC. In the analysis of the financial statements we will understand about the deadlines that the company uses and how it influences the final results. Managerial accounting shows us the breakeven points that should be used as guidance for planning that the entity should follow. Corporate finance will show if the entity will be a good option to invest in and what is the return the company offers. In strategic cost management we will seek to understand how the influence of costs, expenses and apportionment interfere with the construction of the product's selling price. The importance of a well-made costing will also be addressed.
